A popular stone fruit, peaches have a red and yellow tinged skin and a sweet and juicy centre which can have a velvety texture.

Peaches Minimum Class 2

Ideal with almonds in a simple but delicate tart.

Store at room temperature until ripe. To hasten ripening, keep peaches in a paper bag and check daily.
